2. Digital Products (Software, Licenses, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we may provide refunds under specific conditions, such as:

  • The product was not delivered or activated
  • You experience technical issues we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time
  • You made a duplicate purchase by mistake

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of issue.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we offer physical products (hardware, devices, etc.), the following refund terms apply:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Customized or personalized software
  • Services already rendered (consulting, development work)
  • Promotional offers or discounted packages
